30 Before 30 - May 2015

I posted my last 30 before 30 update back in April last year. Having managed to tick a few more items off the list, I thought I'd do another update post, as I think it's always nice to look back on your goals and what you have achieved.

So the new ones I've managed to complete since April are #14, #15, #19, #20, #28 and #30. Although I completed #20, I feel like I should leave that one un-ticked as I actually used that money towards buying our house and I'd really like to build up some more savings.

I would like to have got more ticked off the list but our lives as we know it have been on hold as of late due to living with Matt's parents whilst we bought our first house together. Hopefully I can start ticking off a few more of these once we have got the house sorted and all moved in. Having said that, I think buying a house before the age of 30 is a pretty good reason to let some of the other things wait, so I'm not too concerned that a few of these things won't be done before I turn 30, if at all.

I'm thinking #17 (self-publish a book), #21 (complete an online photography course), #23 (get rid of unnecessary clutter) and #29 (see a sunrise) should be pretty easy to do, but the trips to New York (#11 & #12) and Paris (#25) might be a little adventurous... But we shall see!

Life is about adapting and sometimes goals and plans change, and I'm actually OK with that and looking forward to what the next 18 months brings!

Do you review and reassess your goals when your life changes?
