Festive free makeup gifts with purchase

Hello folks, today is Day 18 of Blogmas, and I have a couple of great free gifts that I've recently picked up that are really nice festive additions to your makeup collection. Both offers are still available in-store in Boots and online at the time of writing. They are whilst stocks last so get down to your local store ASAP if you're interested or order online for free click and collect.

First up, when you spend £8 or more on Barry M products in-store, you can get a free gift containing a Matte Me Up lip paint and a limited edition glitter nail polish. Online you can get a Matte Me Up lip paint and lipliner (my local store had both to choose from). You can find Barry M at Boots here.

In the gift set I picked up, the 'Matte Me Up' lip paint is a dark metallic red in the shade 'bittersweet' which is a bit too dark for my skin tone but would be perfect for a vampy Halloween look so I'm happy with it for free. But the real star of the show is the limited edition nail polish in the shade 'opulent' - it's a gorgeous glitter polish containing fine red and gold glitters and is oh so festive. I'm thinking of using this for my pedicure polish. The lip paints retail for £4.99 and glitter polishes are £3.99, so you get £8.98 worth of makeup free with this gift, and bonus is they're not part of the core range to buy separately.

Saving the best for last, is this amazing free gift from Max Factor. You need to spend £15 (my top picks are their bronzer, creme puff blushes and the colour elixir lipstick in the shade 'simply nude') and the products you get in the set are fantastic.

They are all full size products - you get the Smooth Miracle primer (normally £10.99), a Masterpiece High Precision liquid eyeliner in 'black' (normally £8.99), the False Lash Epic mascara in 'black' (normally £11.99) and my favourite item, a Lipfinity long lasting lipstick in 'So Luxuriant' (normally £8.99). So you get four products worth £40.96 FOR FREE. Oh, and they come in a cute gold sparkly bag too.

Definitely get down to your local Boots (and possibly Superdrug?!) and pick these gifts up if you can... think of them as a little treat from Santa to you for being good this year ;) Happy shopping!
